Remove copyright notice from files Keeping the license as part of every file bloats up the files unnecessarily and introduces an additional overhead to the creation of new modules. Since cargo already provides excellent dependency management, most of the code-reuse of Alacritty should occur through Rust's dependency management instead of copying it source. If code is copied partially, copying the license from the main license file should be just as easy as copying from the top of the file and making some adjustments based on where it is used is likely necessary anyways.

Error on warnings when running clippy It should simplify tracking of new warnings raised on CI builds and when cross checking. This commit also enables warnings for 'rust_2018_idioms' and 'future_incompatible'.

Add support for recording/running ref tests Ref tests use a recording of the terminal protocol and a serialization of the grid state to check that the parsing and action handling systems produce the correct result. Ref tests may be recorded by running alacritty with `--ref-test` and closing the terminal by using the window "X" button. At that point, the recording is fully written to disk, and a serialization of important state is recorded. Those files should be moved to an appropriate folder in the `tests/ref/` tree, and the `ref_test!` macro invocation should be updated accordingly. A couple of changes were necessary to make this work: * Ref tests shouldn't create a pty; the pty was refactored out of the `Term` type. * Repeatable lines/cols were needed; on startup, the terminal is resized * by default to 80x24 though that may be changed by passing `--dimensions w h`. * Calculating window size based on desired rows/columns and font metrics required making load_font callable multiple times. * Refactor types into library crate so they may be imported in an integration test. * A whole bunch of types needed symmetric serialization and deserialization. Mostly this was just adding derives, but the custom deserialization of Rgb had to change to a deserialize_with function. This initially adds one ref test as a sanity check, and more will be added in subsequent commits. This initial ref tests just starts the terminal and runs `ll`.

Cleaning up main; Added window module Adds a wrapper for the glutin::Window which provides strongly typed APIs and more convenient interfaces. Moves some gl calls into the opengl-based renderer. The point of most of the changes here is to clean up main().

Add modal keyboard motion mode This implements a basic mode for navigating inside of Alacritty's history with keyboard bindings. They're bound by default to vi's motion shortcuts but are fully customizable. Since this relies on key bindings only single key bindings are currently supported (so no `ge`, or repetition). Other than navigating the history and moving the viewport, this mode should enable making use of all available selection modes to copy content to the clipboard and launch URLs below the cursor. This also changes the rendering of the block cursor at the side of selections, since previously it could be inverted to be completely invisible. Since that would have caused some troubles with this keyboard selection mode, the block cursor now is no longer inverted when it is at the edges of a selection. Fixes #262.

Upgrade to Rust 2018 This resolves a lot of NLL issues, however full NLL will be necessary to handle a couple of remaining issues.
