Koichi Murase 33cfc52909 Ignore unsupported CSI sequences 
Instead of ignoring unexpected intermediates in CSI escape sequences,
the intermediates are now explicitly checked and the escape sequence is
rejected when an unexpected intermediate is found.

Fixes #2171.
