Misc: OpenGL 3.0 compatibility & misc

- Fix OpenGL 3.0 compatibility by changing glFramebufferTexture() to
  glFramebufferTexture2D(). Thanks to danfe for suggestion!

- Add notification about DocBook toolchina dependencies. Thanks to
  danfe. (#121)
