- add WikiPageMetaData.LastCommit
- add WikiPageMetaData.HTMLURL
- replace WikiPageMetaData.Updated with .LastCommit.Committer.Created
also delete convert.ToWikiPage(), as it received too many arguments and
only had one callsite anyway. sorry for bad advice earlier 🙃
