Fix #158 feature request (remove empty search params from sort_link params hash and URL)

Builds on the discussion in PR #207 .
Submitted as a pull request to see if there is interest in having a shorter sort_link URL.
If yes, will need some test coverage.

inspect on Ransack::Search objects now will not load entire object graph
...
This means that:
1) inspect calls will be faster
2) inspect calls will be easier to understand
3) queries won't be executed until #result is called on the Search object
Fixes #115 with #121
