Lee Hambley 16c5d3b71c Replace literal tabs with two spaces
Most versions of `sed` don't accept `\t`, instead enter a literal tab with
Ctrl+v, Tab.

    git ls-files | xargs sed -i '' -e 's/[\t]/  /g'
