Disable unhelpful RuboCop rule
RuboCop's `Lint/AmbiguousBlockAssociation` rule forbids this construct:

```ruby
set :foo, -> { "bar" }
```

It apparently wants:

```ruby
set(:foo, -> { "bar" })
```

This goes against the grain of Capistrano's DSL, so disable it.
