haml--haml/Rakefile
Nathan Weizenbaum e167efa5ae Scope all file accesses in the Rakefile so it'll work regardless of cwd.
This is not the same fix as proposed in the GitHub issue,
but another that doesn't require sacrificing file accesses altogether.
See http://github.com/carlhuda/bundler/issues/issue/44 for details.

Closes gh-85
