LCOWv1:Remote lcow.kernel and lcow.initrd

LCOWv1 will be deprecated soon anyway (and LCOW is experimental regardless).
Removing lcow.initrd and lcow.kernel options which will not be supported
in LCOWv2 (via containerd).
