Moved last build tests to integration-cli
Also removed skipped tests on "viz" and "tree" because they blocked integration/buildfile_test.go removing. Docker-DCO-1.1-Signed-off-by: Alexandr Morozov <lk4d4math@gmail.com> (github: LK4D4)
