Add embedded shell script highlight to vim syntax

This highlights `RUN`, `CMD`, and `ENTRYPOINT` lines using shell highlighting.  It doesn't bother detecting the JSON forms, but that's OK because JSON arrays highlight pretty reasonably with shell highlights. :)
