integ-cli: skip case-sensitive dockerfile tests on windows

Browse source 
The tests end up overwriting the `dockerfile` with `Dockerfile` since
windows filesystems are case-insensitive. The following methods are
skipped:

- TestBuildRenamedDockerfile
- TestBuildFromMixedcaseDockerfile
