Eng Zer Jun	c55a4ac779	refactor: move from io/ioutil to io and os package ... The io/ioutil package has been deprecated in Go 1.16. Sebastiaan van Stijn	0880df4644	pkg/signal: move Trap() to cmd/dockerd ... It's the only location where this is used, and it's quite specific to dockerd (not really a reusable function for external use), so moving it into that package.
