Remove what seems unnecessary time.Sleep (1 second even) and comment the
ones that seemed necessary.

Fix #8048 : make `docker images repository:tag` work
...
Make command like "docker images ubuntu:14.04" work and filter out the
image with the given tag.
Closes #8048 .

Use -q param in test using `docker images -f`
...
The test case `TestImagesFilterWhiteSpaceTrimmingAndLowerCasingWorking`
fails based on time because it uses full `docker images` output and
value in the `CREATED` column turns from `A minute ago` to `2 minutes ago`
in the middle of execution and output comparison fails.
