Daniel Nephin c452e1bfe6 Move errors/ to api/errors
Using:
        gomvpkg -from github.com/docker/docker/errors
                -to github.com/docker/docker/api/errors
                -vcs_mv_cmd "git mv {{.Src}} {{.Dst}}"
