unclejack 196a7216a3 project/install.sh: install ca-certificates
This ensures that ca-certificates are installed and that they get
updated in case they were already installed.

Build tools

make.sh is the primary build tool for docker. It is used for compiling the official binary, running the test suite, and pushing releases.
