Yong Tang 4ed2040258 Remote API docs give incorrect example for creating a container with volumes.
This fix tries to address the issue mentioned in Docker Remote API where
the examples for creating a container (`POST /containers/create`) with
volumes were incorrect. In the previous remote API document, the `Mounts`
fields was used for volume creation yet since v1.20 `Volumes` should be
used.

This fix fixes #21335.

This directory holds the authoritative specifications of APIs defined and implemented by Docker. Currently this includes:

  • The remote API by which a docker node can be queried over HTTP
  • The registry API by which a docker node can download and upload images for storage and sharing
  • The index search API by which a docker node can search the public index for images to download
  • The docker.io OAuth and accounts API which 3rd party services can use to access account information
