Section 3.2 is too broad
Companies are welcome to use Sidekiq's commercial versions in developer-focused offerings, provided those products or services are not themselves competition to my commercial Sidekiq products. This clause is intended to prevent people from implementing a possible Sidekiq competitor using the commercial products themselves. If you want to build a Sidekiq competitor, you need to build it yourself.
