Fixing the SerializerTest so that it doesn't engage an assertion for equality when the test suite is run in Ruby1.8, which cant consistently pass in Ruby1.8 due to the nature of hashes being unordered.

Fixing syntax on SerializerTest so that it grabs the object attributes in the same manner they are composed when PaperTrail serializes them in the :record_update and :record_destroy callbacks.
