Added a OCI8-based Oracle adapter that has been verified to work with Oracle 8 and 9 #629 [Graham Jenkins]. Removed Maiks Oracle adapter until it can be merged with the OCI one. git-svn-id: http://svn-commit.rubyonrails.org/rails/trunk@761 5ecf4fe2-1ee6-0310-87b1-e25e094e27de
