01b1a87729 Added reusable reloading support through the inclusion of the Relodable module that all subclasses of ActiveRecord::Base, ActiveRecord::Observer, ActiveController::Base, and ActionMailer::Base automatically gets [DHH]. Added auto-loading support for classes in modules, so Conductor::Migration will look for conductor/migration.rb and Conductor::Database::Settings will look for conductor/database/settings.rb [Nicholas Seckar]. Refactored extensions to module, class, and object in active support [DHH]

14c378cc7f render(:template) applies a layout by default. render("foo/bar") works with a layout again.

e4c047e489 render(:action) and render() are the only two render calls to use a layout by default. All others default to :layout => false. Also, allow :layout => true to be a synonym for :layout => nil.

f57ee365e1 render(:text), render(:partial), and render(:nothing) always default to :layout => false. This also fixes send_file, which was applying a layout if one existed for the current action.

17a74d90b6 Added that controllers will now search for a layout in $template_root/layouts/$controller_name.r(html|xml), so PostsController will look for layouts/posts.rhtml or layouts/posts.rxml and automatically configure this layout if found #307 [Marcel]
