Revert "Merge pull request #39304 from zenspider/zenspider/backtrace_filter_should_never_return_empty" 
This reverts commit 2eb7aa111b, reversing
changes made to 0b28f0c39c.

Rails backtrace cleaner needs to be able to return empty traces to
separate application code from the framework code and not report
exceptions that happen inside only framework code.

= Active Support -- Utility classes and Ruby extensions from Rails

Active Support is a collection of utility classes and standard library
extensions that were found useful for the Rails framework. These additions
reside in this package so they can be loaded as needed in Ruby projects
outside of Rails.

You can read more about the extensions in the {Active Support Core Extensions}[https://edgeguides.rubyonrails.org/active_support_core_extensions.html] guide.

The latest version of Active Support can be installed with RubyGems:
