Eileen Uchitelle 1a4f613072 Rename methods and update docs This is a minor update to the named methods for the following: - s/desired_capabilities/capabilities - s/driver_options/capabilities Since they are all the same thing we should keep the name the same throughout the feature. = Railties -- Gluing the Engine to the Rails

Railties is responsible for gluing all frameworks together. Overall, it:

* handles the bootstrapping process for a Rails application;

* manages the +rails+ command line interface;

* and provides the Rails generators core.
