Victor Costan e334ec4fe6 Avoid crashing when minitest-rails is loaded. The improvments to the test runner's integration with minitest in commit `b6fc8e25a1` add methods to the Minitest module that refer to the Rails module. Unfortunately, when the minitest-rails gem is loaded, the reference is incorrectly resolved to the Minitest::Rails module.		2015-07-01 00:56:14 -04:00

= Railties -- Gluing the Engine to the Rails

Railties is responsible for gluing all frameworks together. Overall, it:

* handles the bootstrapping process for a Rails application;

* manages the +rails+ command line interface;

* and provides the Rails generators core.
