yuuji.yaginuma 6fbd405a2e Clear screenshots files in `tmp:clear` task If system test fails, it creates screenshot under `tmp/screenshots`. `34fe2a4fc7/actionpack/lib/action_dispatch/system_testing/test_helpers/screenshot_helper.rb (L45)` But currently, screenshot files is not cleared by `tmp:clear` task. = Railties -- Gluing the Engine to the Rails

Railties is responsible for gluing all frameworks together. Overall, it:

* handles the bootstrapping process for a Rails application;

* manages the +rails+ command line interface;

* and provides the Rails generators core.
