Aaron Patterson 37654d12ae ask the routes objects for its Rack env key
this centralizes the logic for determining the script name key and drops
object allocations when calling `engine_script_name` (which is called on
each `url_for`).

= Railties -- Gluing the Engine to the Rails

Railties is responsible for gluing all frameworks together. Overall, it:

* handles the bootstrapping process for a Rails application;

* manages the +rails+ command line interface;

* and provides the Rails generators core.
