Michael Coyne 8b0af54bbe Add key rotation cookies middleware Using the action_dispatch.cookies_rotations interface, key rotation is now possible with cookies. Thus the secret_key_base as well as salts, ciphers, and digests, can be rotated without expiring sessions.		2017-09-24 12:23:38 -04:00

= Railties -- Gluing the Engine to the Rails

Railties is responsible for gluing all frameworks together. Overall, it:

* handles the bootstrapping process for a Rails application;

* manages the +rails+ command line interface;

* and provides the Rails generators core.
