Steve Klabnik c9a92a247d Getting rid of a few other vestiges of rails.png. We don't actually need a rails.png in the AP fixtures, the tests that use it don't actually try to load the file. We also don't need to get rid of it with the dummy reset either. Finally, it's not needed in the sample application that's included with the Rails Guides.		2013-04-02 17:44:46 -07:00

= Railties -- Gluing the Engine to the Rails

Railties is responsible for gluing all frameworks together. Overall, it:

* handles the bootstrapping process for a Rails application;

* manages the +rails+ command line interface;

* and provides the Rails generators core.
