Orhan Toy 2b1caa660c Remove AS::LoggerThreadSafeLevel#add patch
The change in
eb18cb3e47
was released with 2.7.0.rc1 and as Rails now has Ruby 2.7.0 as the
minimum version, we can remove this patch.

= Active Support -- Utility classes and Ruby extensions from Rails

Active Support is a collection of utility classes and standard library
extensions that were found useful for the Rails framework. These additions
reside in this package so they can be loaded as needed in Ruby projects
outside of Rails.
