Kasper Timm Hansen fbcc4bfe9a Deprecate secret_token, long since usurped by secret_key_base. See the changelog entry. Remove `secrets.secret_token` from the bug report templates, since we don't accept bug reports for Rails versions that don't support a `secret_key_base`. = Railties -- Gluing the Engine to the Rails

Railties is responsible for gluing all frameworks together. Overall, it:

* handles the bootstrapping process for a Rails application;

* manages the +rails+ command line interface;

* and provides the Rails generators core.
