Larry Gilbert d2d7a7f750 Add rdoc to gem dependencies for the sake of Ruby 1.9.2
Without this, attempting to run rake in 1.9.2 will raise a confusing
error message about changing 'rake/rdoctask' to 'rdoc/task' in Rakefile,
even though this is already done in the Rakefile.
