Add in-tree mspec and ruby/spec * For easier modifications of ruby/spec by MRI developers. * .gitignore: track changes under spec. * spec/mspec, spec/rubyspec: add in-tree mspec and ruby/spec. These files can therefore be updated like any other file in MRI. Instructions are provided in spec/README. Replace "iff" with "if and only if" iff means if and only if, but readers without that knowledge might assume this to be a spelling mistake. To me, this seems like exclusionary language that is unnecessary. Simply using "if and only if" instead should suffice.
