* marshal.c (w_byten): added; write n bytes from s to arg.

* marshal.c (dump): flush buffered data.

* marshal.c (marshal_dump, r_byte, r_bytes0, marshal_load): unify
  marshaling I/O.  [ruby-talk:53368]
