* ext/socket/mkconstants.rb: generate a header file for generated

functions.

* ext/socket/rubysocket.h: include constdefs.h.  don't declare
  generated functions.

* ext/socket/constants.c: include constdefs.c instead of constants.h.

* ext/socket/depend: dependency updated.
