matrix.rb: add Matrix#antisymmetric?

* lib/matrix.rb: add Matrix#antisymmetric?.
  Proposed by Yilo (@yiloo). Patch by Marcus Stollsteimer (@stomar).

* spec/ruby/library/matrix/antisymmetric_spec.rb: add specs.
