* test/ruby/test_process.rb (test_rlimit_nofile): reset RLIMIT_NOFILE

before exit (for gcov).
* test/ruby/test_rubyoptions.rb: new tests for option of ruby
  interpreter, to achieve over 95% test coverage of ruby.c.
