* ext/openssl/lib/openssl/ssl.rb (module OpenSSL): support

specifically setting the tmp_dh_callback to nil.

* ext/openssl/ossl_ssl.c (Init_ossl_ssl): ditto

* test/openssl/test_pair.rb (module OpenSSL): add a test
