* ext/fiddle/*: Adding fiddle library to wrap libffi

* test/fiddle/*: testing fiddle extension
* ext/dl/lib/dl.rb: Requiring fiddle if it is available
* ext/dl/lib/dl/callback.rb: using Fiddle if it is available
* ext/dl/lib/dl/func.rb: ditto
