* tool/enc-unicode.rb: optimized.

* enc/unicode/name2ctype.h, enc/unicode/name2ctype.h.blt,
  enc/unicode/name2ctype.kwd, enc/unicode/name2ctype.src:
  U+100000-U+10FFFD is assigned, not Cn.
