* vm_trace.c: prohibit to specify normal events and internal events

simultaneously.
  I will introduce special care for internal events later.
* ext/-test-/tracepoint/tracepoint.c: test this behavior.
* test/-ext-/tracepoint/test_tracepoint.rb: ditto.
