* ext/socket/extconf.rb: check sys/param.h and sys/ucred.h.
* ext/socket/rubysocket.h: include sys/param.h and sys/ucred.h. * ext/socket/option.c (inspect_local_peercred): new function to show LOCAL_PEERCRED socket option on FreeBSD.
