Fix grammar of macro name: ECCESSED -> ECCESSIVE
Fix the name of the macro variable introduced in 0872ea5330
from NODE_SPECIAL_EXCESSED_COMMA to NODE_SPECIAL_EXCESSIVE_COMMA.
