554f2b439f * ext/etc/extconf.rb (PW_UID2VAL, PW_GID2VAL): defaulted to conversion 
from int, and sys/types.h needs to be included before grp.h.

9421725f53 * ext/etc/extconf.rb: check for pw_passwd in struct passwd and 
gr_passwd in struct group for DJGPP.

* ext/etc/etc.c: ditto.

* ext/Setup.dj: support for curses, etc, zlib.

b8ff4a843e * lib/mkmf.rb (have_struct_member): moved from ext/socket/extconf.rb. 
* ext/socket/extconf.rb: use macro_defined? instead of egrep_cpp.
* ext/etc/extconf.rb: use have_struct_member.
* ext/etc/etc.c: add prefix HAVE_ST_ to PW_ macros.
