* ext/nkf/nkf-utf8/config.h (MIME_DECODE_DEFAULT, X0201_DEFAULT):
...
defined as FALSE. nkf and kconv don't decode MIME encoded string
and don't convert JIS X 0201 Katakana.
* test/nkf/test_kconv.rb: fix tests.
