e580a631be use 0 for reserved 
use 0 for rb_data_type_t::reserved instead of NULL, since its type
may be changed in the future and possibly not a pointer type.

a3626110d9 * hash.c: remove unnecessary checks for Qundef in hash iterations. 
since hash use st_foreach_check for iterations, such checks are
  needless.
