ec12edb11c * lib/scanf.rb (Scanf::FormatSpecifier#letter, #width): use matched
substring directly.

* ext/nkf/lib/kconv.rb (Kconv.conv): get rid of nil.to_a.

* test/ruby/test_assignment.rb, test/ruby/test_iterator.rb: followed
  change of sample/test.rb.

* test/net/http/test_http.rb: removed superfluous splatting stars.

c223709c3b * eval.c (proc_eq): avoid false positive by using scope and
dyna_vars.  no longer use frame.uniq.

* eval.c (proc_arity): arity is now defined as number of
  parameters that would not be ignored. i.e. Proc.new{}.arity
  returns zero.  update test suites too.

aaf5d9c03c * test/ruby: tests for ruby itself.
* test/ruby/test_*.rb: split sample/test.rb into 28 test/unit testcases.  some
  tests could not be translates...  search '!!' mark to see it.

* test/csv/test_csv.rb: should require 'csv', not '../lib/csv'.  test runner
  should set load path correctly.
