Nobuyoshi Nakada c7dce12eb9 [ruby/openssl] Suppress printf format warnings
* Add `printf` format attribute to `ossl_raise`.
* Fix a format specifier in `config_load_bio`.
* Use `ASSUME` for the unreachable condition.
