Fixes :nodoc: on class aliases. Fixes :stopdoc: creating references to Object. Fixes spacing when class comments are merged in ri. Fixes `ri []` crash. Fixes bug report URL when rdoc crashes. Adds :doc: and :nodoc: to allow hiding of implementation details in ruby.
