* Renamed extension_install_dir to extension_dir (backwards
compatible).
* Fixed creation of gem.deps.rb.lock file from
TestGemRequestSet#test_install_from_gemdeps_install_dir
* Fixed a typo and some documentation.
* test/rubygems: ditto.
