usa 3d704802dd * ext/readline/readline.c (Init_readline): use rl_catch_sigwinch only 
when existing.

	* ext/readline/extconf.rb: check existance of rl_catch_sigwinch, and
	  workaround for native Win32 readline port.

The Readline module provides interface for GNU Readline.
This module defines a number of methods to facilitate completion
and accesses input history from the Ruby interpreter.
This module supported Edit Line(libedit) too.
libedit is compatible with GNU Readline.
